We Are Human is an international festival of films created in the age of artificial intelligence, dedicated to human rights. Its first edition, guided by Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, takes place in Paris on November 24, 2026 at the Forum des images, then travels from São Paulo to Geneva through March 2027.

The first edition of We Are Human Festival takes place on November 24 at the Forum des images, its official partner: 4 major conversations, 2 workshop-debates, a screening of the 22 Official Selection films and the awards night. Free admission with registration.

The Official Selection
More than 2,100 films received from over 140 countries: 22 films from 20 countries make up the 2026 Official Selection. Each one explores in its own way what it means to be human in the age of AI, guided by Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The 2026 Jury
Daniel Khamdamov, Déborah Papiernik, Fatimah Hossaini, Vincent Ravalec and Yacine Aït Kaci form the festival's first jury. Five paths across cinema, digital creation, video games and literature, coming together to award the Grand Prix, Best Screenplay Award and Ethics Award.

We Are Human at the UN
We Are Human submitted an official contribution to the first United Nations Global Dialogue on AI Governance in Geneva. It calls for governance grounded in human rights, artistic creation and cultural diversity, with the Ethics Notebook as a key tool for building trust.
